How are duplicate email addresses billed in a list?

Duplicate addresses inside a single uploaded list are stored once, verified once, and billed exactly once. If your CRM export contains 10,000 rows but only 8,200 unique email addresses, you are billed only for the 8,200 unique checks. Duplicate rows are never billed twice.

What payment methods are supported and how are invoices issued?

Payments are processed securely via Stripe Checkout supporting all major credit cards, debit cards, and corporate purchasing cards. Upon completed payment, an official MailCheckUP invoice (format MCU-YYYYMMDD-####) issued by Secuno LLC is immediately generated and downloadable from your in-app Billing dashboard.

Yes. MailCheckup provides a voluntary 7-day refund request window from the transaction date for unused credits. If you experience technical defects or are unsatisfied with the verification service, submit an inquiry to billing@mailcheckup.net within seven days of payment for a direct Stripe Checkout refund. Consumed credits that produced finished chargeable results are non-refundable.

What happens if I stop a verification run while it is in progress?

If you stop a running list, all pending queued jobs are immediately halted and reserved credit holds are released back to your workspace balance. Finished chargeable results that already completed remain billed, and their verdicts are permanently saved for review or CSV export.

Can I use API keys and MCP agents with on-demand credit packs?

Yes. Your workspace maintains a single unified credit ledger shared seamlessly across browser CSV uploads, REST API single/batch endpoints, and native AI agent sessions using our Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. You do not need a separate subscription to access developer APIs.
